These Terms of Service govern your use of MuseTarot, a mobile application that provides AI-powered tarot card readings and daily fortunes. By using MuseTarot, you agree to these terms.
Article 1. Purpose
These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Resonance Space and users regarding the use of the MuseTarot mobile application.
Article 2. Definitions
"App" means the MuseTarot mobile application and all related services.
"User" means any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the App.
"Premium Service" means AI-powered tarot interpretations available through subscription.
"Content" means tarot readings, interpretations, personal notes, and all user-generated data within the App.
Article 3. Service Description
The App provides the following services:
Daily Fortune: Daily one-card tarot reading with interpretation
AI Interpretation (Premium): Claude AI-powered personalized tarot readings
Reading History: Save and review past readings with iCloud sync
Apple Watch: Companion watch app for quick readings
Article 4. Entertainment Disclaimer
Important Notice
MuseTarot is designed for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Tarot readings, whether AI-generated or template-based, should not be considered professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or psychological). The Company is not responsible for decisions made based on readings provided by the App.
Article 5. User Obligations
Users shall not:
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Circumvent security features or API protections
Use the App or AI features for unlawful purposes
Interfere with service operation or cause excessive API usage
Misappropriate others' accounts or payment information
Article 6. Paid Services and Payment
6.1 Free Features
Daily fortune with template-based interpretation
All 5 spread types with template-based interpretation
Full 78-card deck and card library
Reading history with iCloud sync
Apple Watch support
6.2 Premium Features (Subscription)
Daily AI-powered fortune interpretation
5 AI card interpretations per month
Zodiac and moon phase personalized readings
6.3 Payment
All subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store. Pricing: Monthly (₩2,900) and Annual (₩19,900).
6.4 Subscription Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The same amount will be charged to the registered payment method upon auto-renewal.
Article 7. Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Subscriptions: Refunds follow Apple App Store refund policies.
Cancellation: Cancel through iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Remaining Period: Premium features remain accessible until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Article 8. Intellectual Property
All card artwork, design, software, algorithms, and related intellectual property of the App are exclusively owned by Resonance Space. Users retain ownership of their personal notes and reading history.
Article 9. AI Service
AI interpretations are generated by Anthropic's Claude API and may vary each time.
AI-generated content does not guarantee accuracy and is for entertainment purposes only.
AI features may be temporarily unavailable due to API service status.
Monthly AI usage limits apply to maintain service quality.
Article 10. Disclaimers
Service Interruption: The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events.
AI Accuracy: AI interpretations do not guarantee accuracy. The Company is not liable for decisions based on AI readings.
Third-party Services: The Company is not liable for issues caused by Apple, Anthropic, or other third-party service changes.
Article 11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.
